Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction trades or labour hire.

• Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., White Card, trade-specific certifications) are a plus.
